Absolutely disgusted with it. Was looking like a fairly good piece of kit until had an urgent requirement to scan at the same time as running out of ink. Now cant do anything until I replace the ink cartridges. How can it not let me scan just because it has no ink. Last time I checked ink is not a requirement of a scanner.

This machine is the most frustrating piece of equipment Ive ever owned. Ive had it for over a year and the thing just randomly doesn't like to feed paper or scan despite doing it a moment before. Not to mention that it no longer likes to print any documents from any application like photoshop or illustrator and the card reader randomly shuts off causing any memory cards in there to give off improper device removal errors. Not worth the money for something that only works when it wants too.
I was able to make copies for family and friends, and have also used it constantly for baby photos. I bought this printer after I got married so I could print out wedding photos my photographer gave me on CD. I love this printer and after 3 years plus of heavy use, it pooped out on me and am now in the search for a replacement machine. Instantly fell in love with this printer. The quality of the photos it printed out where just as good if not better than the ones I got from our photographer. I hate to loose this machine but will probably be cheaper buying a new one than fixing this one. I'm sad to part with it but satisfied with the three great years of service.
This printer has never worked correctly from the time of purchase. I don't even use it that frequently. I bought it in 2005 and have had nothing but continuous issues. The print nozzles get stuck all of the time - I have had problems where I have cleaned the nozzles replaced the ink and it will go through the motions of printing, but then the paper comes out with no ink. Now, the it will not feed paper. The roller will only roll the paper in one inch, start to print and then gives a paperjam error.I am SO disappointed that I will NEVER buy another Epson product.
